is that all my company can do? sadly, yes. this sort of sums up what my current job is all about.
deadlines! deadlines! deadlines!
everyday is just maniacally filled with deadlines to meet. no kidding. my so-called company is one big moronic place where everything is and almost nothing is not to do without impossible-to-meet kind of deadlines. hey, company. yes, u. stand there! dun move! i'm calling u to stop suffocating your little citizens who used to be leading simple and carefree life ya. miss one day of deadline and u tell them to submit daily report status to update and explain themselves, and u wont rest till u get hold of it! get lost..
the citizens there have no life. i mean dun they need a social life? like catch a movie, go shopping or something after work? bascially, no lor. just work and work, and OT and OT. sooner or later, somebody would just burst an artery, collapse and die of over-exhaustion. then they'll only remove that lump of cold and hard body and get a replacement. cold corporation.
stress, burnouts... phoooo.
this reminds me....
am i getting more absent-minded these days?
trying to pull up my pants without taking off my shorts first.
kept few hundred bucks in my wallet for days and only to keep forgetting that i needed to pass to mum for the household allowance.
oh right. and failed to save the fate of two pitiful spoons the other day because one container tried to commit suicide.
poor spoons. just because the container is made of plastic and it wont die doesnt mean the innocent spoons should suffer such tragic ending. instant death.
ya lah, so what if i was the one who used the spoons last.. only tried to eat the last bit of that Lemon Cheesecake ice-cream mah.
not my fault that the container tried to escape from my clutches and tried to kill itself wat.
oh, poor spoons.
could it be a warning sign of stress that's causing some unconscious muscle weakening?
i think more likely it's triggering off a nonsensical sense in me than usual. lame post. duhhhh...

what i learned about deadlines: they are all artifically created.
establish a deadline, and people will deliver. even under the most absurd deadline, people will deliver to it :-)
i like wat u said coz it's so true! hahah.. =)
