right.. it's good friday.. and i should be disciplining my innate senses.. less (if not zero-out) self-indulgence on binges of any sorts. err... if u're wondering.. then no -- i'm not a jesus or mary devotee and neither it's the 15th of lunar month... i cant explain.. just feel i should. but no.. here i am, just back home from chilling out at prinsep place with pearl and alfis. my chilling out did not include any beer, nor a high in liquid calories alcoholic drink. all i did was a puff or more of the sheisha thingy. but the charcoal on it was too much.. the 1st 10th - 25th puffs were still peachy high.. peach - the flavour, dat is, besides apple, cherry, mint, strawberry, to name a few. btw, i didnt do the counts. but then onwards, was coughs in between chokes, and more coughs. then it hit me. the dizzy spells and headache.. i must have accidentally and unconsciously exhaled the smoke from my primary breathing channel (the nose la). the signs were clear -- it's no good for my health. i should be listening to my body reactions.

tomorrow... tomorrow i shall do something more healthy.. like a swim in the pool, maybe...
